檢查製冷劑的存在

• 在作業前和作業期間,需使用適當的製

冷劑探測器檢查該區域,以確保技術人
員了解潛在的可燃性環境。

• 請確保所使用的洩漏探測設備適用於可

燃性製冷劑,即無火花,充分密封或本
質上安全。

• 在發生洩漏/溢出的情況下,立即讓該區

域通風,並保持風向向上,遠離溢出/釋
放的地方。

• 在發生洩漏/溢出的情況下,通知下風人

員,緊急隔離危險區域並確保無非授權
人員在場。

滅火器存在

• 如果任何熱作業必需在製冷設備或任何 

相關部件上處理,適當的滅火設備必須
唾手可得。

• 在充灌區附近需備有一個乾粉或

火器。

無點火源

• 任何人不得在危險的情況下作業,包括

在暴露含有或已含有可燃性製冷劑的任
何管道作業,其使用任何點火源可能導
致火災或爆炸的風險。他們在進行此作
業時必定不能吸煙。

• 所有可能性的點火源(包括吸煙),必需

與安裝,修理,拆卸和報廢地點保持足
夠遠的距離,這是爲了避免作業期間可
燃性製冷劑釋放到周圍的空間。

• 在進行作業前,必需先調查設備周圍的

區域,以確保沒有可燃性危險或點火風
險。

• 需顯示“禁止吸煙”標識。

通風區

• 在進入系統或進行任何熱作業前,請

風。

免受腐蝕。
