Introduction to Warnings
Warnings can occur regardless of the user level; resolution of warnings may be user-level dependent.
The device contains many complex components that must work together to provide accurate detection
capabilities. As with any sophisticated device, faults could develop, rendering the device inoperable.
A warning condition displays as a yellow indicator in the status bar. Press the warning in the status bar to display
a description of the fault and troubleshooting tips to resolve the warning. If multiple warning conditions exist, the
highest priority warning displays in the status bar and, all warnings are detailed in the message.
The
History menu function also provides additional information when diagnosing warnings.
Detector Flow Warning
The
Detector Flow Warning indicates the detector flow is outside the calibrated range or the desorber is not
connected properly.
