Location (Position) Learning
Three methods are provided to store the TruSensor Location in the Vehicle’s Tire
Pressure Module: Stationary, Automatic and OBD. On some vehicles the Location
Learning function may be completed by driving the Vehicle.
Location Learning - OBD
1. After Vehicle selection, select
Location Learning
2. Select
Confirm
to use previously stored
data or select
Cancel
to use new data.
3. Read the TPMS Learning Guide
carefully and select
Confirm
to
continue,
Cancel
to exit
4. Select to activate all TruSensors
on the Vehicle separately.
Note
: If you selected
Confirm in step 2 above
using previously stored
data, there is no need
to activate the sensors
again.
A green check mark will appear next to Sensors that have communicated
successfully with the TS58R. Tire position, ID, pressure, temperature, and battery
status will appear in a table. A red
X
indicates a failed communication. A red
!
indicates
Sensor Activation Repeated.
