TRACe:IQ:DATA?
This command initiates a measurement with the current settings and returns the cap-
tured data from I/Q measurements.
This command corresponds to:
However, the
TRACe:IQ:DATA?
command is quicker in comparison.
Return values:
<Results>
Measured voltage for I and Q component for each sample that
has been captured during the measurement.
Default unit: V
Example:
TRAC:IQ:STAT ON
Enables acquisition of I/Q data
TRAC:IQ:SET NORM,10MHz,32MHz,EXT,POS,0,4096
Measurement configuration:
Sample Rate = 32 MHz
Trigger Source = External
Trigger Slope = Positive
Pretrigger Samples = 0
Number of Samples = 4096
FORMat REAL,32
Selects format of response data
TRAC:IQ:DATA?
Starts measurement and reads results
Usage:
Query only
TRACe:IQ:DATA:FORMat
<Format>
This command selects the order of the I/Q data.
For details see
Chapter A, "Reference: format description for I/Q data files"
Parameters:

COMPatible
I and Q values are separated and collected in blocks: A block
(512k) of I values is followed by a block (512k) of Q values, fol-
lowed by a block of I values, followed by a block of Q values etc.
