Enter into [Main menu Device PTZ Setup] to select the
channel you desire to control and set PTZ protocol (Pelco-D or
Pelco-P), Baud Rate (1200, 2400, 4800, 9600), Data bit (8, 7, 6, 5),
Stop bit (1, 2), Parity Check (None, Odd, Even, Mark, Space),
Address Code and Cruise status respectively. Please note the PTZ
device can be activated only when a channel in connection with the
PTZ camera is selected
Click [Main menu Device Mobile] to enter into [Mobile]
menu shown as Picture 5-32.
User Name:
indicate user name of DVR.
User password:
indicate user password of DVR
Server port:
Mobile monitoring port. Setting range is between
1024 and 65535. Please note that

Please connect DVR to Internet before setting
DVR port number and the server port no is not equal to network
menus.

If you can’t receive email alarm information successfully, please check below points:
DVR connection is normal or not;
The receiver and sender email support SMTP protocols or not;
Emails account setting is correct or not;
Email alarm parameters configuration is right or not;
DVR is on the status of I/O alarm or Motion detection or not.

5.2.6.4 Mobile
The DVR is currently compatible with mobile phones running Andriod, Windows Mobile and Symbian
operating systems on 3G networks. Details access methods please refer to separate Mobile phone Access
Instructions.
Note:
1. The user name and password you enter can not be empty.
2. The Server port no is not equal to network web port you set.
You should forward the server port number to router (details please refer to section 5.2.3 – Network setting)
