Remote E1 loop back:
When there is at least one E1 link connected to the remote device properly, the remote loop back function
will have all E1 interfaces of remote device loop back. The BER testing of other E1 links can be performed
at local site. This function is designed for testing connection and measuring BER. Users do not have to
setup the status of remote device by themselves. When performing remote loop back, the local and remote
Ethernet packets are both isolated from E1 links.
