3.1 Device panel appearance
3.2 Indicator definition
E1 line indicator:
A, B, C, D (Three-color indicator): A, B, C, D four E1 line indicators
Pattern Definition
Green On
The corresponding E1 link is working in order
Red On
Loss of receiving signal (LOS) alarm occurs on the
corresponding E1 link while no LOS occurs on the
E1 link of the other side
Red Flickering
AIS, LOF, or Line for receiving signal coding
violation (CV) alarm occurs on the corresponding
E1 link
Yellow Incorrect
pin
arrangement for local receiving on the
corresponding E1 link
Yellow Fast Flickering
Incorrect remote pin arrangement on the
corresponding E1 link (local pin arrangement is
correct)
Red-Green Alternate Flickering:
Bit error ratio (BER) on the corresponding E1 link
exceeds the threshold
Yellow Slow Flickering
Remote device alarm (RAL), including LOS, AIS,
LOF, CV, threshold-exceeding bit error ratio, occurs
on the E1 link. (No local fault occurs)
Off
The corresponding link is not in use.
These indicators will take several seconds to judge the status of the four E1 links after electrifying,
connecting E1 cable and disconnecting E1 cable. The status of E1 link will not be shown correctly by the
