1. Line up the long seam on the 30 Elbow (N107) with the top bolt hole on the Panel Mount (N253) and
attach using 3/8" Hardware
(H3) (H11) (H17) (H28) (H44)
.
*NOTE: Do not install Hardware in holes on both sides of the Panel Mount (N253) and 30°
Elbow (N107) as noted.
*NOTE: Tighten Hardware only after all Carriage Bolts are in the Panel Mount (N253).
2. Attach Straight Tube Section
(N111)
to 30° Elbow
(N107)
using 3/8" Hardware
(H3) (H11) (H17)
(H28) (H44) .
3. Attach second Straight Tube Section
(N111)
to first Straight Tube Section
(N111)
using 3/8" Hardware
(H3) (H11) (H17) (H28) (H44) .
4. Align long seam of 10° Tube
(N254)
with top seam of Straight Tube
(N111)
, rotate left 3 holes, and
attach to Straight Tube (N111) using 3/8" Hardware (H3) (H11) (H17) (H28) (H44) .
5. Align the holes on the 30° Landing
(N109)
, with the short seam up, and attach to 10° Tube
(N254)
using 3/8" Hardware (H3) (H11) (H17) (H28) (H44) .
*NOTE: Install Four Carriage Bolts (H44) in 30° Landing (N109) and check level before installing
the remaining Carriage Bolts (H44).
