generated is representative of the most common
uses of power. However, if jig saw is used for
other activities, working with other instruments
or if not maintained as prescribed, the level of
generated vibrations can be changed. This could
significantly increase the total load of vibration
in the working process.
9. Installation of the cutting sheet.
9.1. Choice of cutting sheet.
Use only cutting sheets of T-shaped tail.
Cutting sheet should not be longer than
necessary to implement the cuts. When cutting
on a small radius arcs use the narrow cutting
sheets.
9.2. Placing and Replacing the Cutting Sheet.
Before performing any drilling operations,
disconnect the plug from the power supply.
When installing the cutting sheet, work with
protective gloves. There is a risk of injury to the
cutting edges of the sheet. Before installing,
clean the tail of the cutting sheet. A dirty tail
can not be locked securely. Insert the cutting
sheet until it stops in the clamping slot with the
teeth facing in the direction of cutting. When
inserting the cutting blade, be careful that its
rear edge enters the groove of the guide roller
(6). Precision cuts are only possible if the guide
roller (6) rests firmly but not too tightly on the
back of the cutting sheet.
Saw blades can be clamped into the tool
holder without tools which provides a quick and
safe fixation for all saw blades with T-shafts.
10. Dust-extraction system.
Dust released during the processing of
materials such as paints containing lead, some
wood, minerals and metals can be hazardous
to health. By skin contact or inhalation of such
powders can cause allergic reactions and / or
respiratory illnesses to working with power tools
or nearby persons. Certain powders, for example
released during the processing of beech and oak
are considered to be carcinogenic, particularly
in combination with chemical treatment of
wood (chromate, preservatives, etc.).. Where

10.1. Inclusion of an aspiration system.
Put a hose nozzle aspiration system (3).

11. Job. with power tools.

screws (10) and gently move the main plate (5).
To establish accurate gradients of the main shear

12. Commissioning.
Beware of the voltage of supply network!
Supply voltage of the network must conform
to the details shown on the plate of power.
Appliances marked with 230 V, can be supplied
with a voltage of 220 V.
13. Inclusion and exclusion.
To turn the power switch trigger press (2).
For locking of the trigger switch (2) you hold
and press the button (1). Exclusion jig saw
release trigger switch (2). If the trigger switch

relax. Using the block button (1) is comfort in
continuous work.
14. Instructions for use.
Cooling-lubricating fluid.
To prevent overheating in the cutting of
metals, should be applied cooling-lubricating
fluid along the line of cutting. Speed of rotation
of the saw engine is adjusted by turning and
setting the speed in the desired position. This
allows you to choose the most suitable speed
depending on the performance properties of the
material being processed.
The higher the value indicated on the
regulator, the higher the engine speed of the
saw.
For a quick work jig saw is equipped with
pendeloobrazno (pen) movements of the sword.
Item 0 - No pendulum movement. It is used
for solid materials such as plywood, sheet metal,
also for cutting rubber, ceramics, metal.
Item I - for fast cutting of pieces of wood,
plastic and others.
Item II-fast cutting of soft or flexible materials.
Item III - for fast cutting of pieces of wood.
