Other Datalog options will automatically start and stop:
Datalogging Event
Each time a datalogging operation is initiated, a datalog event
is created. Information, such as start time, datalogging period,
alarm limits, etc. are recorded in the event header, followed by
the measurement data.
Datalogging Pause
Datalogging automatically pauses under the following
conditions:
1. Upon entering Program Mode. Datalogging resumes upon
exiting Program Mode.
2. Upon entering PC Communication standby mode.
Datalogging resumes upon exiting PC communication
standby mode, only if datalogging mode was set to
automatic.
In both cases a new datalog event is created when Datalogging
resumes.
