Procedure
Step 1
Access either the Recent Calls list or the Contacts list:
•
From the endpoint's main menu, select Call to add a recent number. Select the right-
arrow next to a number from the list.
•
From the endpoint's main menu, select Contacts > Add.
•
From the XT Series web interface, select, Make your call > Basic Options > Recent Calls
to add a recent number, or select Make your call > Contacts > Add Contact.

Note
You can also choose a contact to edit, from either the Recent Calls or Contact list.
Step 2
Select the Plus icon next to Insert number.
