ting procedure with the START key.

The version of banknote does not match the 
reference denomination.

Remove the last banknote ejected. Then continue the coun-
ting procedure with the START key.

Banknote twisted or 
off-centred

A banknote is twisted or off-centred when 
fed.

Remove the last banknote ejected. Then continue the coun-
ting procedure with the START key.

Dog-eared

The banknote is dog-eared.

Remove the last banknote ejected and check if it is in proper 
condition. Then continue the counting procedure with the 
START key.

Torn banknote

The banknote is damaged and the machine 
cannot recognise the denomination.

Remove the last banknote ejected. Then continue the coun-
ting procedure with the START key.

Jam

A banknote is jammed in the machine.

Open the machine with the unblocking keys, remove the 
banknote. Then continue the counting procedure with the 
START key.
