After 10 seconds,

If a message is retrieved, the red message indicator stops flash-
ing, and

The kinetic wave display lets you see whether the Caller ID is
receiving a signal from a remote thermo sensor. The display
consists of three graduated arcs above a solid dot. When the
arcs appear, the Caller ID is receiving (or searching for) a sig-
nal. When the dot appears alone, the Caller ID is not receiving a
signal.

indicates the number of the currently displayed re-
mote thermo sensor. Press
REMOTE SENSOR
to display tem-
perature information from a different sensor.
