Preparation
1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws from
the battery compartment cover, then lift off the cover.
2. Set
CHANNEL 1/2/3
to a different setting than any other
remote sensors you are using.
3. Set
°C/°F
to the desired setting (Centigrade or Fahrenheit).
4. Place two AA batteries in the compartment according to the
polarity symbols (+ and –) marked inside.
5. Use a pointed object (such as a straightened paper clip) to
press
RESET
. The remote sensor displays the current tem-
perature and the channel number it is set to, and begins
transmitting signals to the Caller ID module about every 30
seconds.
6. Replace the cover and reinsert and tighten the screws.
If
appears on the Caller ID module’s display when you se-
lect this remote sensor’s channel, replace the remote sensor’s
batteries.
