9. To conserve battery power, you can set the pager
so the standby display disappears and the dis-
play goes blank after about 5 seconds if you do
not press a key. Press

To set the standby display so it always appears
(except when you turn the pager off), press

appears.
10. Press
to store the selected clock settings. The
standby display reappears showing the current
date, time, and day of the week (such as
Fri
for
Friday, based on the date you selected).
