. Open the cabinet door

. Pull the red racthet level

toward you
and turn the handle on the top of the clamp

counterclockwise to raise the plate.

. Slide the pail under the clamping (top)
plate

. Position the pail in the grooves on the bottom plate
(D)
The grooves on the plate keep the pail in place
during mixing.

. Lower the clamping plate
(C)
by turning
the handle clockwise. Once the plate makes
contact with the pail, tighten another 1/4 turn.

. Secure the bail with the bail spring.

. Close the door and turn on the remote switch. Turn
the switch off after the desired mix time.
NOTICE
Avoid damage to the machine
• A safety interlock intrerrupts machine
operation if the door is open

. Raise the clamp all the way to the
top by holding the ratchet lever open
while turning the crank handle counter-
clockwise.

. Unfasten the bail spring.

. Remove the pail:
Metal Pails
: Grab pail handle and pull
forward, allowing the base of the pail to
leverage its self off of the strike plate near
the roller. Pull the handle to remove the pail
from the machine.
Plastic Pails
: Lift the pail by the lip with both
hands and pull it toward you, being careful to keep
the bottom from catching on the strike plate.
