Replacement parts can be ordered from Radia by telephone, fax, or email:

If you need help in determining the proper part(s) to order, please call Customer Care. at 

1-800-221-1083. Always indicate the Model and Serial numbers of the machine when ordering 

replacement parts.

GENERAL PARTS REPLACEMENT POLICIES

While your machine is under warranty, do not attempt on-site repair or parts replacement 

without first contacting RADIA to protect your warranty. After the warranty expires, 

replacement parts and recommendations for on-site servicing are available from RADIA. 

Please contact Customer Care for assistance.
