Instrument Attributes Structure - INSTRATTR

m_Type

Describes the model number (3155).

m_Description

Provides description of the instrument – Arbitrary Waveform Generator

m_BasicModel

Provides in formation on maximum sample clock frequency. 100 MS/s is
standard for the 3155.

m_MemSize

Provides information on the installed memory option. 1  Meg of memory
is standard.

m_ClockOption

Provides information if the TCXO option is installed. If this option is
available, then the return is TCXO, if not, then this field will say CLK10

m_Brand

Provides the brand name of this instrument.

m_Date

Provides information on the date the instrument was first turned on and
its flash memory loaded with the driver.

m_Rev

Provides information on the hardware revision number of the instrument.
Revision number is given in letters, i.e., A, B, etc.

m_SerialNumber

Provides the serial number of the instrument

m_Platf

Provides information on the Interface platform. For example, PXI, PCI,
cPC,I etc.

m_VirtualSlot

Provides information on slot location of the instrument. The virtual slot
location must be defined by the user, using the Arb Detector from the
Startup menu.

m_NumChassis

In case you are using a multiple chassis system, this parameter lets you
identify the chassis number in which the instrument is plugged into. The
chassis number and the slot location must be defined by the user, using
the Arb Detector from the Startup menu.

Instrument Attributes Structure - INSTRPHYSICALLOCATION

m_Bus

Provides information on the bus number the instrument was found on.

m_Slot

Provides information on the slot location that was assigned by the com-
puter. Note that physical location and logical location are not the same.
You can program the virtual slot location for your own convenience but
the physical slot is assigned by the computer and can not be modified for
your application
