User Manual

Rev. 5.0 - 10/12/2001

These circuits provide the automatic output power control, maintaining a flat power
output response over the entire frequency range and the protection of the output
stage against an excess of SWR and/or a short circuit on the feeder or the antenna.

The RF final amplifier is broadband and guarantees an output level between 2 and
30 Watt over the entire frequency range.

An output low pass filter allows the PTX30 to be used as a low power transmitter
connected directly to an antenna.
