If the appliance is used for a single working cycle and for
dense doughs, its maximum continuous functioning time
must not exceed 5 minutes.
Since the appliance has to process great quantities of food,
insert appropriate breaks between the functioning cycles,
which must not last more than 5 minutes.
• Move the switch (10) to “0” and disconnect the plug from the power socket to turn off
the appliance when the work is over.
Turn the switch (10) to “0” and the inserted accessory will still
perform some rotations before stopping to allow an easy head
(2) raising.
Do not insert your fingers until the accessory has completely
stopped.
