Place the lid (9) on the head (2) and lock by ro-

tating it anticlockwise (LOCK).

Do not use the appliance

without the splash protec-

tion lid (9).

•

Pour the ingredients in the bowl (4).

Do not exceed the maximum

quantity of 7÷7,5 Kg.

The maximum quantity of flour

to knead is 3000g.

•

Move and hold the safety lever (12) towards

the arrow direction and lower the head (2) un-

til you hook it to the appliance body (1).

•

Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains voltage cor-

responds to the one indicate on the appliance data label.

•

Rotate the switch (10) clockwise to start the

appliance at the minimum speed (to avoid

splashes), then increase it as necessary.

•

For pulse functioning, rotate the switch (10)

anticlockwise (holding it in position) to “P”

(knead at short intervals).

Pulse mode (“P”) pro-

cessing seconds are

automatically counted

on the display (11).
