- To set the appliance again, press the
START/STOP
selector, then
the
SET
key and repeat the setting procedure.
“FREEZING” light/key - preset program (-18°C / 0°F)
• Press the
FREEZING
key, the corresponding indicator light lights up and the display
shows:
- the default temperature = -18°C (0°F);
- the default time = 04:00 (4 hours).
• To start the preset program, press the
START/STOP
selector; the probe (12) which
detects the internal temperature of the chamber (9) is activated (the core probe (6) is
deactivated).
Temperature is quickly decreased at -18°C (0°F).
It is possible to quickly chill very hot foods.
Frozen food quickly preserves all of its qualities for several months
(at least 6 months) if it is stored in a freezer at -20°C (-4°F).
“RAPID CHILLING” light/key - preset program (+3°C / +38°F)
• Press the RAPID CHILLING key, the corresponding indicator light lights up and the
display shows:
- the default temperature = +3°C (+38°F);
- the default time = 1:30 (1 hour and 30 minutes).
• To start the preset program, press the
START/STOP selector; the probe (12) which
detects the internal temperature of the chamber (9) is activated (the core probe (6) is
deactivated).
Temperature is quickly decreased at +3°C (+38°F).
It is possible to quickly chill very hot foods.
This program allows to perfectly preserve all foods up to 5/7 days
in the fridge (+3 / +4°C).
“CORE PROBE” light/key (6) - temperature at the core of food
• Insert the probe (6) in the food.
• Press the CORE PROBE key; the correspond-
ing indicator light lights up and the display
shows the temperature detected by the
probe (6).
• To display the chamber (5) temperature
again, press the CORE PROBE key again. 6
