DOUGH RISING
Operate as follows:
1.
Remove the trays or position a low-edged bowl containing little water on the bottom
of the dehydrator.
2.
Place one of the trays directly on the bowl.
3.
Pre-heat the dehydrator to 46°C.
4.
Put the dough to let rise on the tray and cover it with a cloth to prevent it from drying
out.
5.
Leave the dough to rise (approximate time: from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on
the recipe).
6.
Remove the dough from the dehydrator and continue following the recipe.
DRIED FOOD CONSUMPTION

Put dried fruit and vegetables in lukewarm water (completely covering them) and leave
them to soak overnight.
To prepare soups or sauces, you can add vegetables or herbs without first soaking them.

Dried products, such as fruit, vegetables and herbs, can be used in various ways in food
preparation.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Before carrying out the cleaning op-
erations, press the ON/OFF button,
always unplug the appliance from the
power socket and wait about 10 min-
utes for the hot parts to cool down.

To clean the body of the appliance use a damp cloth and
avoid the use of abrasive ma-
terials or detergents.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Clean the inside of the appliance and the trays with a damp cloth and a mild detergent for
dishes if necessary to remove any food residue. Rinse and dry thoroughly before using again.
To avoid possible illness, do not reuse bags after removing
dried foods.
Do not wash trays (3) in dishwasher.
