The GRB-200 includes additional features to reduce the complexity of GRB reception and
data processing. These include simultaneous reception of the Left Hand and Right Hand
Circular downlinks in a single 1U rack mount case, integrated monitoring of the Quorum
GRB Feed status and inclusion of this data in the available status monitoring messages,
CADU frame formatting of the raw DVB-S2 data and streaming transmission of the CADU’s
on Gigabit Ethernet via UDP. The output of the GRB-200 can be used directly by readily
available community software to produce L1 and L2 data products.
