Step 4) When start the machine,the control panel will open, press the green button
“ON”,Wait
for a few minutes till capacitance charging is finished, when the left-up corner
read:
”normal”, it means the welder is ready to use.Select parameters and set values
correctly based on the type of material and make small adjustment according to the
result of test shooting. Sometimes it relies more on operator
’s experience.

Step 5) Turn on the LED light and adjust the position of shield gas nozzle before welding so that
your work piece can be prevented from quick oxidation. You can also re-set parameters
by the joystick inside the welding chamber ,left and right is change the selections,up
and down is increase and decrease the number.
