WITH THE UNIT UNPLUGGED
, place the Hydroxyl
Generator vertically with the controls facing up and
remove the two retaining screws as shown, one on
each side of the plastic end cap.

Gently remove the plastic end cap, screen and
carbon filter.

Remove three of the 8/32 screws holding the finger
guard in its place and loosen the remaining screw.
Rotate finger guard 180° so it is out of the way to
access the UV Bulb area.

Loosen both socket head screws using a 5/64
Allen key, then gently remove them by hand while
securing the head socket.
Replacing the UV Bulbs
When one of UV bulbs blows, you must replace both at the same time. The UV bulbs can be purchased
through your distributor. Replace UV bulbs as follows:
