There are two indication modes for LED_WWAN# signal to indicate network status, which can be
switched through following AT commands:

4.5.6. WAKE#
The WAKE# signal is an open collector signal, which is similar to RI signal, but a pull-up resistor and
AT+QCFG="risignaltype","physical"
are required to wake up the host. When a URC returns, a 120 ms
low level pulse will be outputted. The state of WAKE# signal is shown as below.
