You can remotely access the serial number from either the RMU or the
SNC 4000 displays.

From the RMU, click on the Status tab and see the serial number that
displays after

Use this procedure to access the serial number from the SNC 4000.

Sign into the ADIC SAN Management Console (AMC).
On the appropriate device, click
Medium Changer
and see the serial
number that displays after
ADIC_1_
