This topic describes where to find serial numbers for the Quantum
Removable Disk product GoVault.
Remote Identification

Use this procedure from the GoVault User Interface on your Windows
computer desktop to find the product serial number.

Click
My Computer
on your desktop.

From the My Computer screen, right-click the drive listed
Removable Disk
. This is the GoVault disk.

GoVault
pop-up menu, click
Properties
.

Status

The serial number (

) is the third item in the left side Bay
column.
