Reel Service and Warranty Procedures
As we continue to lead in product development, new
reels are continuously being offered, and may create a
shortage of parts for certain older models. Therefore,
we strongly suggest you first contact the nearest
Quantum Authorized Service Center to inquire about
your particular reel. In most cases, these shops will be
able to repair your reel. Within the warranty period, reels
sent to the Quantum factory will be repaired or replaced
within 48 hours of receipt for freshwater models and 24
hours for saltwater models, or we’ll send you a free hat!
