In case of fire, we recommend cutting off the power supply to

the line dedicated to the machine.

Be sure to perform cleaning as recommended by QualityFry in the
User Manual.

If there is hot grease on the surfaces to be cleaned, do not use water.
Water may produce aggressive vapours and/or splashing.

Call your supplier to inform them that the system has been tripped
and that they should proceed to recharge it before using the
equipment again.
