Note: If you want to enter the name “JACK”, you should: press the number 5 key once, 2 key
once, the number 2 key three times, the number 5 key twice.
The alphabet on the keypad is arranged as follows:

Editing a name or number
In on-hook state, press the

LCD displays the first character of the name. The rest of the editing process is the same as
adding a new item. You can also press

Caller ID message
Upon receipt of an incoming call (if you have an active caller ID subscription), the unit will
display the phone number together with the following information: caller’s name, calling date &
time, and a serial number. A new number will carry a “
NEW
” icon, and a repeated number will
carry a “
REP
” icon. “
PRIVATE CALL
” will be displayed when the caller prefers their number to
