Relocation Bracket Installation:

Install a curved washer on 2 bolts *Note
the direction of the washer. [FIG 5]
Start with Bracket (A) and Spacers (B)
and (D). [Step A]
Insert the 2 bolts through the front side
through all 3 brackets to hold together
[FIG 6] Step B.
Then insert 2 bolts without washers
from the back side through (A) and (B)
aligning the heads with the hex pattern
in (B).

Start the 2 bolts in the tailgate so it
holds the plate on the Jeep but do not
tighten at this time. [FIG 7]
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 on the left side,
again do not tighten at this time. [FIG 8]
