Gently hold the bottom of Bracket (A)
and repeat Steps 4 and 5 with Spacers
(C) and (E) for the lower right and left
sides, again do not tighten at this time.

Thread in the 4 lower bolts, make sure
the upper bolts are aligned in the rear
plate before snugging bolts.

Tighten the 8 bolts to 13ft lbs.

Making sure to carefully align the 8
bolts with your factory tire carrier,
you can now slide it over the 8 bolts.
Make sure the bolts are pulled all the
way through and are aligned in the
hex pattern in Spacers (B) and (C) (you
should not be able to twist the bolts if
they are installed properly). [FIG 13]
