How to Process Incoming Mail (Settings)

How to Process
Incoming Mail
(Settings)

Required settings:

Make sure you are on the home screen of the [Received]
type of stamp.
The type of stamp is indicated at the top of the home screen

as illustrated.

Check or change the type of stamp.

Press

to access the

Build stamp

screen:

To change the type of stamp, select

Stamp type

and then

select [Received] in the

Type of stamp

screen. For more

details, see

How to Change the Current 'Type of Stamp'

p.35.

Additionally, you can:



Activate or deactivate printing the date



Activate or deactivate printing 'Received'.



Select the option to change. The buttons indicate the

current status of the options.

The screen indicates the current status of the options.



Press

return

to the home screen.

To select an option on the screen, use related keys located on the
right hand side of the display.
