Troubleshooting

.

CAUTION: Opening the OpenVision

TM

HD potentially will damage the system and will void any warranty.  If faced with any

issues with the OpenVision HD, contact your QSA Global, Inc. representative immediately for guidance.

The OpenVision HD has been designed as a rugged, safe, reliable system.  A series of interlocks and self-checks are built
into the system to ensure safe operation.  These checks may trigger an error code which will prevent normal operation of the
OpenVision HD.  Use Table 3 Error Code Guide as a reference guide for system error codes.

NOTICE:

Prior to any troubleshooting, please ensure that a fully charged M18™ battery is installed.  A low battery may

cause system to report false error codes.
