Remove the network expansion card/bracket.

For TS-463U and TS-463U-RP, loosen the screw and remove the network
expansion card.

For TVS-471U, loose the screw and remove the bracket

Insert the new network expansion card to the riser card module until it cannot go any
further. Then fasten the screw.
