5.5 REPLACING THE BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE CONTROL
Batteries are not installed in the remote control when purchasing the product. Install the
alkaline batteries (type R03 / AAA) before use.
1. Lift the battery compartment cover at the back of the remote control, while pressing
the locking tab.
2.
Install the batteries into the remote control as shown by the figure below.
Note:
If the batteries are installed with the wrong polarity, the remote control will not work.
3. After inserting the tip of the cover into the slot, push the other end to close it until it
clicks into place.

• Check if the robot battery level is too low or if the
battery is completely discharged.
• If you position the robot vacuum cleaner manually
on the charging station, the charging contacts of
the robot must be properly aligned with the pins of
the charging station.

malfunction.
The dust bin
is missing or
not properly
installed.
Dust bin is not
assembled
correctly.
• Check if the cover of the dust container is closed.
•
Check if the dust filters are installed.
•
Empty the dust container and clean the dust filters.
• Install the dust container on the robot according to
the instructions.
The front
bumper is
stuck.
Front collision
bumper is
jammed.
Collision
sensors are
stuck.
• Gently tap the front bumper of the robot several
times to release any residues that might be trapped
underneath.
• Move the robot vacuum cleaner to another location
and press the ON/OFF power button to start the
cleaning program.
The remote
control does
not work.
Batteries are
depleted.
• Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure
the batteries are installed correctly.
• Check if the robot battery level is too low or if the
battery is completely discharged.
• Use a dry cloth to wipe the infrared transmitter on
the remote control and the receiver on the robot.
• Use the remote control in the 5m range of the robot.
One of the
side brushes
does not move
or is jammed.
Check
whether the
side brush
is tangled or
jammed.
• Check if the robot vacuum cleaner side brushes are
broken or if they present any signs of damage.
• If necessary, replace the brushes with new ones.
• Clean and install the side brushes correctly.
The robot is

Remove all small objects from the floor and tidy up
the cleaning area before the robot starts cleaning.

Ensure that all the wheels are firmly on the floor
and if they move freely.
• Move the robot vacuum cleaner to another location,
place it on a flat floor surface and press the ON/
OFF power button to start the cleaning program.
