ASSEMBLY
WARNING
Stop the motor and unplug the electrical cable before any repairs or maintenance
operations.
DO NOT attempt to start this machine without it first being FULLY assembled.
Your line trimmer has been supplied unassembled. Please follow the below steps to complete
assembly.
PROTECTIVE GUARD & EDGING WHEEL
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
On the underside of the protective guard there is a sharp blade designed to cut the thread.
Remove any transportation protection before operating
1. Place the internal guard beneath the external guard, align the 3 holes on both parts and
connect with three screws.
2. Use two screws to attach the edging wheel the the guard assembly.
3. Place the guard assembly onto the trimmer head and secure with two screws.
