Add and Delete Users
This unit has a default user permissions including: Administrator, Two User Groups, Advanced User and Normal User.
This system supports one administrator and up to 15 users total. The administrator can add or delete other users and
change their group levels to enable various permission functions. The Administrator cannot be added or deleted
from the system.
Note
: Defining users’ rights
Administrator: can to do every thing.
Advance: all functions except entering USER to manage users
Normal: all functions except entering SYSTEM to change the settings.
The user name and password is a combination of numbers, letters or symbols. The number of characters must
be 1 or more.
To add users, the Administrator should follow these steps:
Step 1:
Right click on the mouse to enter the control bar menu shown in Fig 4.1 Control Bar. Choose Menu>System
and User Configuration. Click the Add button as shown in Fig. 3.6 Add User.
Step 2:
Input the user name and password in the appropriate fields and choose the user group by clicking on the right
and left arrow buttons to scroll through the various groups available. Click the OK button and the user is
added.

To change permission levels for users, the Administrator should follow these steps:
Step 1:
Choose a user from the list of Users and the system will display their setting and permission levels. Click on
the Authority button to change the group this user is associated with
