Q: we have attached a PTZ camera but cannot control it. what is wrong?

A: Verify that the protocol, baud rate, address and other settings on the PTZ camera match 
the settings you have entered into the DVR setup. Make sure the data cables are securely 
attached to the DVR’s RS485. 

Q: why does the Buzzer keep sounding?

A: Check to see if the Motion Detection option is enabled on your system and discern whether 
or not your system has detected activity. If no motion has been detected, check to see if 
the hard drive on your DVR has been recognized and that there is sufficient space available. 
Another possibility to consider is that your cameras might have lost video. If this occurs, check 
the power feed to the cameras and make sure that they are turned on.
