enable plug-ins and log-in to net-vieWeR

Prior to running the Net Viewer program, ensure the pop-up blockers are turned off and the
ActiveX controls are enabled, as instructed under the Configuring the DVR > Network Setup
section.

1. Open an IE Browser window and input the IP address and web port of your DVR (i.e.,

http://172.18.6.202/) into the address bar to generate a Net-Viewer User Log-in
screen (

2. Input the PASSWORD and select NETWORK from the NETWORK drop down list.
3. Select LOGIN and the Net-Viewer program will show a live feed (

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If difficulties are encountered in initiating the log-in screen,

make sure the browser’s safety level or firewall settings are not set to high. Refer to the
Network Setup section to ensure that the network configuration is correct, the system
ports are forwarded correctly and ActiveX is enabled.
