5. To loosen the tapered driven ring (

) it is necessary to use three of the socket head cap screw
(

) to push it out as illustrated. The first tapered driven ring has three threads for this purpose.
6. Pull out the tapered driven ring (
20
). On the inside there will be the tapered drive ring (

). By
doing this the driven gear (

) will loosen and move freely over the synchronization ring (

7. On the pump side place both rotary holder subassemblies (
12A-F
) on the shafts. In this step it is
not necessary to assemble the complete seals, it is just a preliminary assembly to keep position.
It is recommended to remove the O-rings (
12A
and
12D
) in the subassembly.
8. Take the new rotors with each hand respectively [left hand-left rotor (

) / right hand-right rotor

)] and mesh them together. The faces of both rotors must be at the same level.

9. With the rotors meshed, place them in the shafts. Turn the shafts until the splines coincide.
10. Push the rotors on the shaft until they reach each rotary holder subassembly. Place the rotor
nuts (

) and thigh them simultaneously. Avoid contact between rotors. View torque table.
