PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SOLUTION
Pump does not
work
1. Loose power cable connection.
2. Fuse blown.
3. Capacitor damaged.
4. Impeller, motor may be wound
up by fibres or clogged with various
particles.
1. Make sure that the power cable is firmly connec-
ted.
2. Replace the fuse.
3. Replace the capacitor.
4. Clean fibres and sundries.
Noise inside the
system or in the
pump casing
1. Impurities inside the pump.
2. The flow rate is too high.
3. Air or gas inside the system or
pump casing.
1. Dismantle the pump and clean the impurities.
2. Change to a lower speed.
3. Remove the air or gas.
The pump is
working but
does not produ-
ce any power.
1. Intake valve is closed.
2. Air or gas inside piping or pump.
1. Open the valve.
2. Open the valve to operate the pump and, in the
meantime, loosen the connector of the outlet orifices
to ensure gas emission.

The machines in question shall be supplied in suitable packaging to ensure proper protection during
all stages of transport. If, on receipt of the goods, the packaging is damaged, it is necessary to ensure
that the machine has not been damaged during transport and that it has not been tampered with.
In the event of damage to the equipment or if any part of the machine is found to be missing, the
transporter and the manufacturer must be notified immediately and the corresponding photographic
documentation must be provided. Materials used to protect the equipment during transport must be
disposed of using the disposal channels existing in the country of destination.
