Battery Switches
There are two battery switches and one par-
allel switch to manage the 12-volt power dis-
tribution. The 1 (“number” 1), battery switch
controls the battery for the engine and is
reserved for engine starting. The 2 (“num-
ber" 2), battery switch provides power to the
DC main and electronics main circuits.
The EMERG PARALLEL (battery parallel)
switch connects the both batteries for emer-
gency starting in the event one of the batter-
ies is low or dead. As long as the EMERG
PARALLEL switch remains in the "OFF"
position, the engine battery will not be dis-
charged by the use of 12-volt accessories
and equipment on the boat.
Make sure the 1 and 2 battery switches are
activated whenever the engine is running to
ensure that all 12-volt accessories will oper-
ate when they are needed.
Breakers
The main breakers are located in the battery
switch panel and provide protection for all
DC power. To reset the breaker: turn OFF
the component for the breaker, turn the
Breaker to the OFF position and then back
to ON.
DC Main
Supplies the 12-volt current to helm panel.
Electronics Main
This is reserved for electronic accessories
installation. An electronic bus is located
behind the helm.
24 Hour Essential Circuits Module
Current is supplied to the automatic float
switches for the bilge pumps and stereo
memory when the batteries are connected
and the battery switches are OFF.
Spare - Reserved for a spare accessory.
Any accessory device added must not
exceed the amperage of the breaker or total
circuit capacity.
Elect - Not used.
Stereo Memory - This breaker powers the
stereo to maintain station memories and set-
tings.
Aft Bilge - This breaker powers the aft bilge
pump.

CAUTION
DO NOT operate the boat with the
EMERG PARALLEL battery switch in
the ON (combined) batteries position.
