USER MANUAL

In order to create a private, temporary network, the user must change the PC set-
tings to a STATIC IP Configuration.

Changing the PC/Tablet’s Network to

STATIC IP

Settings

1.  Plug in router and wait for 1 minute.
2.  Connect PC to SSID.
3.  Open Windows and press the SSID (WIFI) symbol on the bottom task bar
4.  Open “Open Network and Sharing Center”
5.  Click on “Wireless Network Connection (Internet)”
6.  Click “Properties”
7.  Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCp/IPv4) and select “Properties”
8.  Enter the values on page 17.
9.  The PC is now configured for Static IP assignment.

TIP:

Once the PC settings have been changed to “static IP”, the PC can no longer be used to

connect to the internet or used to perform normal applications, like email.
