Never try to repair the product yourself !
Contact Prowise or a certifi ed Prowise partner in case of malfunctions or damages to
the iPro whiteboards extension. Contact details can be found on
www.prowise.com .
The warranty of the Prowise iPro Whiteboards Extension lapses in case unauthorised
modifi cations or repairs have been applied to the whiteboards, unless otherwise
specifi ed.
3.1. Replacing components
Replace Prowise Whiteboard Extension components only with original Prowise
replacement components. In case replacement components are necessary, please
contact Prowise or a certifi ed Prowise partner, depending on your country or
region. These contact details can be found on
www.prowise.com . Include the
following details:

Name of whiteboard (visible on the model plate)
• Serial number (see model plate)
• The relevant component (photo if possible)
• Place of the component (photo if possible)
• The type of malfunction or defect
• Copy of the packing slip

4.1. Recycling and disposal
If you have any questions regarding appropriate disposal, please contact Prowise or
a certifi ed Prowise partner.
PACKAGING
The product has been sealed to prevent transportation damage. The
materials used for packaging are commodities and can be reused or
recycled.
PRODUCT
Do not dispose of the product along with the domestic waste. Enquire
about the possibilities for a more environmentally friendly and
responsible way of disposal.
