2. Safe use
2.1. Important safety instructions
Caution!
Consider the following safety instructions:
•
Prowise B.V. is not liable for injury, damage and/or excessive
wear caused by improper use and maintenance or modifi cations
to the product.
• Only use components or accessories supplied by Prowise.
• Repairs by third parties are not permitted.
• Do not use the product in hot, cold or moist environments or
in other extreme weather conditions and do not install
the product outside.
• Do not use the product in an explosive atmosphere.
Warning!
Warning about possible (serious) injury.
•
To prevent the risk of entrapment of body parts in any of the
parts of the mechanism, never let children play with the
whiteboards.
• Never hang from the whiteboard.
• Follow the assembly instructions carefully.
Caution!
• Do not expose the whiteboards to heavy shocks, vibrations
or blows. This can damage the iPro whiteboards extension.
In case the whiteboards are exposed to shocks, vibrations or
blows, for instance in the event of an earthquake, check whether
the whiteboards are still fi rmly attached to the VESA wall clamp
or lift.
• Use the iPro whiteboards extension exclusively in combination
with a Prowise iPro lift system and with the corresponding size of
your Prowise Touchscreen.
• The iPro whiteboards extensions must be mounted by Prowise or
a certifi ed Prowise partner.
Read the user manual carefully
It is important to read the user manual carefully in order to use the iPro
whiteboards extension correctly. This way, injury or damage to the iPro
whiteboards extension resulting from improper use can be prevented.
2.2. Scope of delivery
Check the delivery for completeness. Should any components be missing, please
contact the Prowise service desk within fi ve (5) days. The contact details for the
Prowise service desk can be found on
www.prowise.com . Please keep your serial
number and a copy of the invoice readily available . Please be aware that the delivery
consists of two packages.
