8.3  Error messages on the LCD screen 

 
If there is a fault while downloading a configuration to the device or updating the 
firmware,  the  device  enters  the 

emergency  mode

,  which  also  means  that 

it  is 

unable to operate

.  

 
The following error messages may appear on the LCD screen if the RDSP and 
CDSP major version numbers do not match or damaged/corrupted configuration 
file has been downloaded to the device. 

 

 

 

2.8.13.1039 or lower CDSP 

 

 

 

 

2.8.13 .15xx or higher CDSP

If  the  CDSP  version  is  higher  than  2.8.13.992

,  the  device  which  is  in 

emergency mode can be accessed on the web as well. Its web page looks like 
the one shown in fig. 8-4.
