8.2 Error messages on the web page
In case of errors the status LED turns red. If the web page is accessible, a red
STOP sign can be seen below the menu list.
When an error occurs, the Failure Relay picks up as well.
The device is unable
to operate in this state.
The error messages state the hardware errors clearly.

0x0100 No cards detected No modules are detected in the device
0x0200 No valid PS
detected
Unable to detect Power supply module
0x0400 Silicon rev.
mismatch
Firmware and RDSP silicon version mismatch.
Contact support.
0x0800 Version mismatch
RDSP firmware and configuration main version
does not match (example: RDSP and EPC should
have the same main version like: 2.8.13, SVN
revision may be differ)
0x2000 Function level is
weak
The function level of the CPU is lower than that of
the downloaded configuration file.
0x4000 PS voltage fail
Power supplies with auxiliary voltage monitor
(PS+xxx2) detects voltage out of the limits.
0x8000 AD control ch.
error
There is an error occurred in one/some of the
analog input modules.
If there are more than one errors at the same time, the sum of their codes is shown..
